I started listening TCG last year during the quarantine (longest quarantine in the world down here in Argie btw) and got hooked. I'm a true crime obsessed and love every single episode. Like a good wine you guys only better by the years. XoXo from South America.

Great episodes as always. Definitely think it's her estranged husband. My jaw dropped because my grandma's boyfriend supposedly got beat up over a pool game around that time.. I wonder if it was him!! He was in Southern Missouri (I think Springfield?) At that time. He's pretty trashy so it makes sense lol. Anyway I hope this case gets solved not only for Traci's family but her kids too!!!

Heat would speed up decomposition. I’m betting she was wrapped in that blanket inside the trunk of a car for a long time. Or possibly in a hot closet (in a hot, moist factory) or boiler room somewhere.

Not case related, but comment related: The world, of course, is a very different place than the days of the Spanish flu. Pharmecutical companies need to accept global patent waivers so poorer nations can manufacture their own vaccine. Otherwise, more variants are inevitable.

Living with an abuser is dangerous, but leaving one is even more so. And restraining orders are just a piece of paper. My ex husband once told me a divorce was only a piece of paper and I would always be his wife. Needless to say he felt the same about the restraining order I got for me and my kids. The difference is, with a restraining order in place, the police will actually help you, if they get there in time. If anyone is in an abusive relationship--you can escape. It can be done. But educate yourself first. Know that nothing is like the movies. Most people in the courts wont even care to listen to your story, and the ones that do will be apathetic or say you're exaggerating. So document everything. Have a confidant that can speak up for you in court. And most importantly, don't leave until you know you wont have to go back. And understand when you do leave, you will be in more danger because you are no longer letting him control you and this will enrage him. But live free or die trying. it's the only way. I hope Tracy's family sees justice for her. <3

I knew Tracy went to school with her and we we’re friends. I remember when it aired on the news that night. I think Mike did kill her and dumped her there because he was that type of person. He wanted control when she got clean that meant he didn’t have control anymore. I hope someone comes forward her family and children deserve closure.

How do people hastily abandon a vehicle yet leave no fingerprints? Ive never heard a reasonable explanation from LE on why they hold back evidence after fifteen plus years? Do you want to solve it or not? The chance of a false confession doesn’t cut it after that long. Especially good music this week, Captain.

I know Michael Sissom and his dad, Gary. Gary is a former cop, then went on to make his fortune as a business owner and financially supports Michael. Michael continues to hunt and victimize women emotionally, physically, and financially. Gary continues to use his wealth and Michael continues to use his “intimidating” nature to keep people quiet. I pray IMPD and the state police are brave enough to investigate this case or release information to help bring justice for Tracy. Michael is a dangerous individual who thinks he is immune to prosecution. Lord knows who else he’s killed and covered up.
