In this episode we take an in depth look into a very strange cold case. Tony was a normal 15 year old boy, plenty of friends, had a girlfriend and a good sense of humor. Someone killed the boy and left his body on the side of the road and for some reason the killer had removed Tony's arms. Even more strange were the suspects. Police suspected a violent schizophrenic and not one but two serial killers. Who did this to the boy and who are these suspects.
