TrueCrimeGarage.com

Sierah Joughin a college student on a bike ride on a rural county road goes missing. Police searching the area find evidence of a possible struggle and worse a possible abduction. Before Sierah can be located police have a suspect but what police find at the property of 57 year old James Dean Worley is described as a secret room designed to hold humans against their will. As the authorities continue to look for Sierah they fear the worst and the man they believe to be responsible for her dissappearance is in their custody and they tell the media they now believe James Dean Worley to be a serial abductor and possible serial killer.

Noted the shocking statistic about missing/unsolved cases in Ohio. Unfortunately, Ohio is not unique in this regard. Another great episode.

It certainly seems as if this guy is a possible serial killer. However, I am surprised more bodies were not found if so. I suppose the police know to look for mysterious disappearances in that county and nearby counties, and to look at specific cases where the person who went missing was on a bike when they disappeared. So creepy!

Breaks my heart to hear stories like this. When I hear about cases from decades ago it's a lot easier to distance myself but current ones like this…it's not so easy. I wish peace to Sierah and her family.

I know this is an old episode, but I hear you Captain! Just recently here in Utah, a man was caught transporting marijuana through Utah and his bail was set to 1 million and he could serve up to 20 years in prison (granted, it was a lot of pot). Then there are people assaulting others and getting anywhere from 3 months (Brock Turner) to five years. Not to mention Charles Manson who spent most of his early life committing crime after crime and being in and out of jail, to finally be sentenced to finish serving his original 10 year sentence... then when his release came, he begged to not be released - they released him anyway and thus the Family was created and he orchestrated however many murders. Our system really needs a better handling on violent crimes because it seems there are a lot are repeat offenders. AND - 20 years for transporting marijuana when it's legal in most states surrounding Utah? Just ludicrous.
